Fly High Yoga is a relatively new form of Aerial Yoga. In comparison to Yoga on a mat, it allows you to learn difficult postures in the air in a Fly High Yoga belt without having strain on the body. Fly High Yoga emphasizes on alignment and decompression of the spine. The course focuses on mobility, strength and flexibility, all combined with gentle restorative postures in between. This makes it a perfect training to balance and support all kinds of sports, like rockclimbing/ bouldering, running, skiing etc.
