The perfect course for beginners and intermediates
This course is suitable for everyone who is new to climbing, or already has some experience and wants to improve his/her climbing skills. Our instructors show you general movement techniques and help you to improve your skills and fitness. Furthermore, instructions for a climbing specific warm up and cool down will be given and are part of every climbing lesson.
You will need comfortable sports clothes. If you do not have own climbing shoes you can rent them from us – rental is included in the course price.
The course consists of 4 lessons – 1.5h each.
This course has at least 3 and a maximum of 9 participants.
